• Attempt to reach our internal shop systems or other guests’ devices
• Circumvent time, bandwidth, or content filters
No expectation of privacy
This is a shared public network. We may log device identifiers (such as MAC address), connection
times, and traffic metadata to operate the network, enforce these terms, and comply with law. We do
not sell guest browsing data. Do not use this network for banking or other sensitive activity unless
you use your own VPN.
Your device, your risk
You are responsible for your own device security. We are not liable for viruses, data loss, identity
theft, or damage to your hardware or software that occurs while you use this network.
Fair use
Please be considerate of other guests. We may throttle or disconnect devices that use excessive
bandwidth or disrupt the service. Access is intended for personal, short-term use while you are in the
shop.
Children
Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s use of this network.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any reason, including suspected violation of these
terms. We may cooperate with law enforcement if required.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hazel Hill Chocolate and its owners, employees, and providers
are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this network. You use it at your own risk.
You agree to hold Hazel Hill Chocolate harmless from claims arising from your use of the network or
your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
